
Robert B. Jacobs, Principal Attorney
Mr. Jacobs is a member of the Alameda County, Contra Costa County, and Eastern Alameda (Member, Board of Directors, 1995-1996) County Bar Associations, as well as the Alameda and Contra Costa County Builders Exchanges.
Since 1987 Mr. Jacobs has been admitted to practice in all California state courts and the Federal District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California. In 1996, Mr. Jacobs was admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court.
He has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Contra Costa County Superior Court.
Mr. Jacobs is well regarded in his practice fields, having been a lecturer for both the California Land Surveyor's Association and the Alameda County Builders Exchange.
He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1987 following a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University where he graduated Cum Laude in 1984. He is a member of Phi Kappa Phi.
Mr. Jacobs is an active member of Rotary International, Livermore Chapter, a member of the Bay East Association of Realtors, and serves as a committee member of the Livermore Valley Opera.

David W. Floren, Associate Attorney
Mr. Floren is a member of the California Bar Association. Since 2003 he has been admitted to practice in all California state courts, and was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California in 2004.
Mr. Floren earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2002 from the University of Oregon School of Law following a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego, where he graduated Cum Laude in 1992.
A member of the Oregon Law Review, Mr. Floren served as the Summer Editor in 2001 and the On-Line Editor from 2001 to 2002. Two of his law review articles were published in the Oregon Law Review and the Journal of Environmental Law & Litigation in 2001.
